Selections: Rydell Visual Arts Fellows 2006-2021

The exhibition is a celebration of the extraordinary talents recognized and nurtured by the Rydell Visual Arts Fund at Community Foundation Santa Cruz County.


Established in 1985 to support local artists, the fellowship program, now in its 18th year, pays tribute to the legacy of its founders, Roy and Frances Rydell.

Selections: Rydell Visual Arts Fellows 2006-2021 presents a collection of artworks from 23 past Rydell award recipients, coinciding with the Santa Cruz Museum of Art and History (MAH) exhibition, featuring the 2022 and 2023 Fellowship recipients.

Exhibiting Artists: Jody Alexander, Andrea Borsuk, Robert Chiarito, Kathleen Crocetti, Tim Craighead, Jim Denevan, Marc D'Estout, Myra Eastman, Skip Epperson, Ian Everard, Terri Garland, Hanna Hannah, Robin Kandel, Robert Larson, Rocky Lewycky, William Marino, Victoria May, Edward Ramirez, Beverly Rayner, Felicia Rice, Andy Ruble, Beth Stephens, and Daniella Woolf.
