These pieces were made at In Cahoots residency last spring. They reference the Azovstal Iron and Steel Works in Mariupol, Ukraine, which became the last refuge for nearly 3000 soldiers and civilians in the city. The factory fell to the Russians on May 20, 2022, and was subsequently destroyed.
